Is it difficult to switch from my current accountant?
Not at all. Once you give us the go-ahead we contact your previous accountant, request your records and take care of the handover. Most clients are fully moved across within two weeks.
What is included in the fixed monthly fee?
Everything listed in your package, plus unlimited email and phone questions. If you ever need something outside it, we quote first — you will never receive an unexpected bill.
Do I need to use specific accounting software?
We recommend a leading cloud accounting platform and set it up for you, but we can work with most popular packages if you already have one you like.
Can we meet in person?
Of course. You are welcome at our London office, we can visit you, or we can work entirely by video call — whatever suits you best.
