Which tool do I need?
I changed DNS or nameservers and my site or email isn’t working yet
Use the DNS propagation checker. It compares your domain’s own nameservers with Google, Cloudflare and other major providers, and shows how long each one has left on its cache. Read how DNS propagation works.
My emails are going to spam or bouncing
Run the email checker on your domain. It tests SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX and explains how to fix anything that’s wrong. Background: SPF, DKIM and DMARC explained.
My site says “Not secure” or shows a certificate warning
Run the SSL checker. It shows whether the certificate has expired, doesn’t match the domain or is missing part of its chain, and how to fix it. See SSL certificate errors explained.
My email app says it can’t connect to the server
Run your mail server through the port checker. If the email ports are open there, the server is fine and something is blocking you — often a firewall block on your IP. See email ports explained for the right settings.
I can’t log in to cPanel, webmail or my website, or keep getting a captcha
Your IP may have been blocked by our firewall. Get your IP from What’s my IP — or whatsmyip.edznet.io if this site won’t load — and send it to support. See why IP blocks happen.
Support has asked for my IP address
Open What’s my IP and click Copy details for support, then paste it into your ticket.
My site works for others but not for me
Check the domain in the DNS checker. If every provider shows the right value, the old answer is cached on your own device — flush your DNS cache.
