How to Pay an Invoice Print

  • 0

This article shows you how to pay an EDZNET invoice from the client area and explains the payment methods we accept. Paying on time keeps your hosting and domains running without interruption.

Pay from the client area

  1. Log in to the client area.
  2. Go to Billing › My Invoices. Unpaid invoices are marked Unpaid, and any outstanding invoice also shows on your dashboard.
  3. Open the invoice and check the Payment Method drop-down. Change it if you want to pay another way.
  4. Click Pay Now and follow the instructions for your chosen method.

Payment methods we accept

MethodHow it works
PayFast (card)Pay by debit or credit card on PayFast's secure payment page. Payments are processed in South African rand (ZAR), and non-ZAR cards are converted automatically.
Direct EFTBank transfer in ZAR or GBP. Our bank details are shown on the invoice when Direct EFT is selected. Use your invoice number as the payment reference so we can match your payment.
PayPalAvailable on request. Open a ticket and we'll set it up for you.

EDZNET is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to your invoices.

Good to know

  • EFT payments only show as paid once the money clears in our bank account, which can take up to 3 business days. A proof-of-payment email isn't the same as cleared funds, so pay EFT invoices well before the due date.
  • If an invoice is overdue and your hosting has been suspended, see why hosting is suspended and how to reactivate it.
  • Invoices are emailed to the address on your account. To change it, or to send invoices to someone else, see updating your contact and billing details.
