2. Scope of Work
edznet will deliver the agreed website package as described at the time of purchase. The scope is strictly limited to: the number of pages included in the purchased package, the features listed under that package tier, and content provided by the client in the brief.
Work outside scope — including additional pages, new sections, redesigned layouts, or features not in the brief — is not included and will be quoted and billed separately as add-ons.
3. Your Responsibilities
Complete brief required. Work will not begin until the brief is fully completed and approved by our team. You are responsible for providing accurate business information, all text content, logo files, and any images to be used (correctly licensed or owned by you).
Content accuracy. You warrant that all content, images, and materials submitted are accurate, lawfully owned or licensed, and do not infringe any third-party rights.
Response time. If we require clarification, you must respond within 48 hours. Delays caused by non-response extend the turnaround by the same number of hours.
4. Turnaround Times
The turnaround clock starts only when both of the following conditions are met: (a) the brief has been reviewed and approved by us, and (b) full payment has been received and confirmed.

Times are targets, not guaranteed SLAs. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete/clear briefs, late client responses, domain transfer delays, or third-party outages.
5. Revisions — Please read carefully

A revision round is a single email or document containing a consolidated list of all requested changes. All revision requests must be submitted together in one communication.
What does NOT count as a new revision: fixing a clear factual error introduced by us (e.g. misspelled business name, broken contact form). These are bugs and will be fixed at no charge.
What does count as a revision: layout or design changes, adding/removing/rewriting content, changing colours/fonts/imagery, moving page sections, or any change not caused by an edznet error.
After your allowance is exhausted: billed at R599 / £29 per additional revision round.
Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of the draft being delivered. After this period, the draft will be considered approved.
Scope changes are not revisions. Requests to add pages, features, or sections not in the original brief are new work and will be scoped and billed separately.
9. Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is required before work begins.

For any active account on edznet, both apply. In the event of any conflict, these QuickSite-specific terms prevail with respect to the QuickSite service only.
